restart last week

keeping carbs around 30g net/day
dairy keeps them up but I like my cream and yogurt.
total grain free
added coconut oil and milk yesterday. see what/if difference

note that hands are still achy but it has just been a weeks ince a real grain/wheat binge and added sweets creeping up since Feb or so slowly slowy..

recording foods to get a good feel for how much/what I can eat to keep in a certain zone.
what I like abut keeping dairy in is that it also helps keep my protein up.
it is largely full fat hi fat and fermented.
