I can't believe it! Am over half-way to my goal! Lost 4 lbs over the holiday season (no meeting since the week before Christmas)! It felt so good tonight to have a loss. The meeting was very crowded and I remember so well the first night I went. I was so anxious. I think the hardest part has been realizing that this is a lifestyle change and not a diet! I welcome all our new fellow dieters. We're really pulling for you!
