Day two and counting! Sticking to all veggies ain't easy! lol! I would kill for an oatmeal raisin cookie :) But reaching my goal makes it all worth while. I walked for 45 minutes yesterday and did crunches. I am going to do the same today. I'm worried that I won't lose a lot during this detox phase b/c it's is my second time. Has anyone tried detox for the second or third time and gotten the same results? Or do you lose less and less each time?

I have truly done/stuck with the detox phase 3 x's - but I can honestly say that other than the first time I would drop at least 5 lbs. The very first time, I dropped 7 lbs. Don't forget to add in some egg whites and fruits.

Thanks! I had a banana today but didn't buy any other fruit this week. I think I will have some egg whites tonight.

You are doing great, just keep a positive attitude and you will succeed! As for doing detox more then once, yes and I have seen results all the times I did it, but of course it is less just because of the fact that you don't have as much to lose, but if you stick to it you will do great no matter what!

yay to the detox. Im sure you will lose loads. I thinking about doing something like this. Keep walking and keep at those crunches! Really go for it! It will be worth it!!
