Phase One - Day One
I have to say, it feels great to be back on SBD. Today really was a breeze, except for the evening munchie feeling that I now have.

Breakfast: Tall Nonfat Latte from Starbucks with two mini veggie quiches
Snack: Light String Cheese
Lunch: Grilled Chicken Salad with Ranch & Water
Snack: 12 Dry Roasted Almonds & Coke Zero
Dinner: Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Grilled Mushrooms and Bell Peppers & Water
Dessert: Sugar Free Fudgecicle
Activity: 30 Minute Brisk Walk
