hm.. constipation is getting the better of me. I know, not something to really share but I've gained 1 kg in 5 days eventhough i'm limiting my intake and went to the gym 3days in a row.
I suspect after the weekend (hopefully) I shall weigh 75.x again Iknow this'll be part of the normal fluctuations but getting an increased weight twice in a row is a little bit demotivating.
which probably is why I pigged out yesterday. (instead of checking my calories before hand I just ate and then filled them in afterwards). damned tostis

If you want movement, track and up your fiber! I find I need at least 24g to stay regular. Eat lots of greens, spinach is my goto.
