Breakfast I had one packet of Weight Control Maple & Brown Sugar Quaker instant Oatmeal.
One cup of sugar free jell-O
24oz of water.

i chose plain oatmeael mixed with fruit. are you going to list all of your meals? i bought a planner and keep track that way.

I did not plan to list all of my meals, should I? I am not having a hard time as of yet. I am on my 8th day of detox and I feeling good I am not feel FAT at all, and I do not miss meat, I just want to know what all I can have, the book have me so confused
