I am hanging in there, I think the pound is water, I have been eating a lot of bacon (salty). I was 153 yesterday so it is coming off by way of peeing. I tried on some of my cloths from several years ago and I am now into my 10's and some of my 8's, I am just glowing.
68.5 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
