Feeling cheated today. I looked at my Greek Yogurt label and was horrified to find 12 grams of sugar per 2/3 cup serving in it. And this is just vanilla flavored. Time to read the labels even more carefully and buy plain greek yogurt and add my own vanilla.

My body is finally starting to take in smaller portions and be satisfied on it's own initiative and not need me to discipline myself to do it. That's such a relief. Next step is adding in exercise. Bike riding, light weights, water stretching and range of motion.

Yogurt can sneak up on you. I am Keto and find I have to read all the labels. Carbs are everywhere. Keep up the good work.
