Struggling a bit with serious dizzy spells whenever I get up, almost keeled over a few days ago. My wife talked me into eating more for a week to see if it goes away.

2500 calories feels like so much, half a pizza extra a day, sort of.
yesterday i struggled a bit, went to bet feeling very very full.

ofcourse I don't really mind, eating extra is nice but I'm not sure what on earth I can eat. Most of the stuff in the house is low on calories it seems. guess 1 BLT a day on top of my normal diet should do it.

hm that could work actually.
