I am so lucky that I didn't gain weight this week. Although I exercised more than usual, I also ate out a lot.
Friday--The Brass with friends in Mt Pleasant (but I got salmon) Saturday--Stan's in Mt Pleasant (I got the rueben) Monday--Fiesta Charra with research participants (taco with rice & beans) Tuesday--Panera with research participants (salad & sandwich) Wednesday--Panda Express with research participant (chow mein & tangy shrimp) Thursday--I had wine with dinner
I tried to behave myself when going out, but it's almost impossible to do. Anyhow, so I didn't lose weight, no big surprise, but yay I didn't gain weight either :) I've, in general, been less stressed, so that helps, I think.
