Today we had a Christmas lunch at my company. I ate pasta and sweets! I didn't eat large portions though, I just tried a little of everything. I am gonna exercise after work and hope that I don't gain anything!

Watch out for cravings after eating white flour and sugar! They make your bood sugar rise too fast and then drop, leaving you feeling drained. Eat healthy the rest of the day, and be sure to get enough protein! That should make it easier for you. You are doing fine, just hop back on the wagon immediately to avoid any gain!

I agree, just hop back on the wagon...I believe it is ok to eat a little outside of your diet during this time, but in moderation and excercise to avoid gaining.

At least you didn't overindulge, which is so easy to do at these parties because you think "well it's just a little" but it's a little of this and that and it all adds up, so great job!
