I start today.
I really need to lose weight. I am unhappy with how I look and feel. I'm getting out of breathe too quickly and it has begun to make me feel depressed.
I have a wedding to be in next summer and all i can think of is "im going to be the fattest one in the wedding party. I'm going to ruin their pictures"
I dont want to ruin my best friend's pictures. And I dont want to be winded walking down the aisle.
