I signed in for one day on here, and then i disappeared.
Why can't i get it together and focus? I know what's at stake, so what's my problem?
i love to eat way too much, and I love fatty foods. Sometimes anticipating a delicious meal of my favorites is what motivates me to push through the day.
Food as a reward is such a problem for me, but I dont know what else to do!
Help me find motivations that dont involve eating! I need rewards that dont go in my mouth!!
