after putting myself on a 1 week forced break from exercise (well I still cycle) tonight i'm allowed to finally go back. not doing half of my weight exercises but at least i'll be there / won't get out of the habit.
looking forward to my weigh in tonight, hope the lack of activity did not cause me to gain too much
