I am happy! Despite not meeting my exercise goals fully, I am seeing progress. I was scared to get on the scale and see the same ol number. IF with feeding window 8hours, and sticking pretty close to it. Calorie goal 1300, sticking close...about half the time going over at end of day because of a wine. Doing well keeping macros close to goal too. Thanks FS!:) Couldn't do it without you.
