Started IF 16:8,ast night. Goal 1300 calorie/day, aim for 100oz water intake.
My main struggle is letting go of alcohol...always have enjoyed my wine and spirits daily. I find it relaxing and uplifting. Unfortunately as I get older I know it is no longer a positive in my life...so I'm being gentle with myself as I adjust to reducing and removing alcohol. I am excited to see the difference after a couple weeks without it:) Cheers to water coffee tea and club soda!

it's been a few years, I'm back. Started perimenopause and my weight blew up 10lbs in 3 months:( fat seemed to grow out of nowhere. I is SO depressing and I can't stand to look in a mirror. So I bought Vshred 90 day tone up, havent started yet, just starting to track my macros and calories again. Going to take measurements, bc the scale is so deceiving. Here's to ttying again.

So I went 4 days 'blindfolded'... no food entries. My choices of food were less healthy, chose some binge foods (queso dip and Haribo gummie bears) but I did stay fairly close to my calorie range. Oddly this is when my plateau gave up a pound, fine with me!
Still trying to get back into exercising, it's all on y head, fear of how hard it is when so out of shape. Head talk...my biggest nemesis.
