I've been sticking to my calorie and nutrient plan pretty well. I haven't slowed much on evening wine, but still keeping within my calorie goal. I think I'd see more weight loss if I could kick the wine. My life stress levels are extremely high these days, so for now I'll focus on what I'm doing right, and keep baby steps towards improvements. Secondly, my exercise is pretty good but not up to goals, hope to step it up soon also.
