I'm still feeling a little drained today. I'm gonna mix some protein powder with water and see if that helps. I've got to get in at least 30 minutes of cardio and abs tonight. It gets dark so early that it cuts into my walking time.

I MUST have the protein before I work out, or I just can't do it!
I also take a usana anti-oxidant vitamin with lots of vitamin B for an energy boost.

You can eat a hard boiled egg white, that makes me feel better most of the time.

That's what I had for breakfast! Protein is gooood for energy all right :) I take a B-complex too. It helps a lot.
So does injecting my veins with caffeine, lol.

Aw Camm I hope you start feeling better really soon. Did the protein powder help? I felt dizzy earlier and then realised that I hadnt drunken any water (or anything else) for hours and hours. I am really rubbish at remembering to do that. Keep drinking water, take it easy!

I agree with Bibilioholic03, I pretty much have to have at least one egg white in the morning to get myself going. On the days when I have oatmeal and a piece of fruit, I've noticed I don't have the "get-up-and-go" I normally do.
Keep one hard-boiled egg with you at all times. Keep it in a ziplock baggie. They'll be okay at room temperature for the day, and then you can eat it when you feel drained.
And Juno is right, too. Water is magic!
