I'm still struggling, and i dont know whats wrong with me. I cant seem to stop myself from picking at things. I'll have one good day and two bad. I want to get back to how gung ho i was in the very begining!

I do exactly the same. Why don't you try taking one day at a time, or even a half day at a time, then feel pround of what you've accomplished and move on. I find it difficult to think of a whole week without treats of any kind - so the easiest thing is to not think about it. Try and have alternatives to the things you are picking at which are healthy. I can say no to bad stuff if i am busy and if I have other things to look forward to. You can do it, it just takes a little time.

I am having the same issue. But I have found that I am really more thirsty than anything. I am encouranging myself to drink water or herbal tea instead of snacking. And if I am still hungry 20 minutes later I look for something healthy to snack on. We can get through this together!!!!! Hang in there and lets drink our water. Hugs Denice

I have the same problem. I sometimes find myself snacking on something and I am not sure why I am eating, especially at work. I get so stressed sometimes that I pick at food! Keep up the great work you have been doing. Find healthy snacks. We can get through this!!

Like said before, side tracking yourself helps - log on to fatsecret, tell a coworker/significant other/etc to get on you when you're nibbling, make you feel guilty!

dont be discouraged I have that every once in a while but when I push my self to not cheat for a few days I find that I get back on track and it becomes easier after that. So just push yourself for the next few days. Put all your focus on your diet once again and you will definatly be more motivated just as you where when you first started. Works for me every time.
