I went walking this morning and did sit ups, lunges and push ups. My goal is to get in at least 4 workouts this week. I'm still getting over a cold so I really had to push myself. But I'm so glad that I did.

Great Job! Exercise can actually boost your immmune system if you don't overdo it, so you probably did the next best thing to injecting yourself with Vitamin C! LOL just kidding now! Keep it up!

Yep, keep the exercise going as much as you can. Exercise helps maintain energy and helps to curb hunger. Way to go!

That's fantastic. I need to do more push ups. Good goal too. Don't exercise too much though if you're coming off of a cold, you can still be weak, so be careful!
