I would try low carb! I've tried many things over the years but so far, I'm dropping well on low carb & it's because carbs are macronutrients that your body can live without.
You don't have to follow a diet 100% For example, I'm trying to follow keto guidelines but eating those "non keto" foods in moderation (watermelon, carrots, sweet potatoes) I mostly drink water and coffee.
And remember. Tomorrow is a new day. If you don't do well one day, change your mindset and do better the next day. Soon it'll be a lifestyle change and not just a diet anymore!
