Hi, Nik.
I was on a high at Curves on Sat. I weighed in and got all my
measurements taken to compare with my initial ones from Late July.
I had lot 12.5 in body fat and 12. 6 total inches. Their scale, however,
doesn't coincide with mine. According to their scale I weigh 173. After
exercise it was 172. I had on tennies there but not at home - maybe another lb and a half. So I am near 170. I worked out today at the
gym but didn't burn many calories- 375. I started today using their Smart Card which tells me how to work different parts of the body using
the machines. It was a good workout but I was disappointed.

My food choices have not been kosher. More later.

Hi Mom, Awesome job sticking to your work outs and eating well. Don't be disappointed - you are losing inches, which is way more important on the number on the scale. You are also gaining muscle, which is going to help you burn fat. I am proud of you! Love, Nik
