In looking at your calendar, I recognize a trend (because it's true for me too). You get the majority of your carbs at dinner--same as I've been doing. I was reading in DANDR last night where Dr. Atkins says to spread our carbs through all the meals to keep the likelyhood of an insulin response at a minimum. Perhaps getting the majority of carbs at one meal is contributing to the plateau? Just wondering. You've been doing great on the total net carbs! Hang in there!!
