Seem to be losing, but slowly. Seem to be bouncing around 250. I've tried going up a bit on food, now I'll try going down a bit. Two days without getting on the treadmill.

In looking at your calendar, I recognize a trend (because it's true for me too). You get the majority of your carbs at dinner--same as I've been doing. I was reading in DANDR last night where Dr. Atkins says to spread our carbs through all the meals to keep the likelyhood of an insulin response at a minimum. Perhaps getting the majority of carbs at one meal is contributing to the plateau? Just wondering. You've been doing great on the total net carbs! Hang in there!!

Thanks for the idea. I haven't been logging food here as faithfully as I should but my meals have been pretty much the same for over a year. I enjoy tossed salads, so my evening meal is a big tossed salad and some form meat/cheese. Maybe it's time I discovered other veggies!
