I have had a good week!! I have faithfully tracked everything that I have eaten....I know that is the secret to successful weight loss and I have made a promise to myself to write every bite, even if I overeat (heaven forbid). It keeps me accountable, and it helps me to see how much I actually eat...which is often more than enough!!

I think I am going to start adding my moods to my journaling. Try to see a connection to the times I overeat.

I have been faithfully tracking since the start of the challenge. Glad to see you are doing well too. My moods have gone up and down, but regardless of mood - I have maintained a steely resolve to lose this FAT!
