Well I've been doing great. I'm on Day 5 of Phase 1. My husband and I both go to the gym together. I'm one of those people that I have to have someone go with me, or I wont go. Anyhow, things have been going well. I noticed my waist and thighs getting smaller. I'm so tempted to get on the scale and see how I'm doing. I want to know so bad if the diet and all my working out has payed off. But I'm just going to follow what the book(DON'T WEIGH YOURSELF UNTIL THE MORNING OF DAY 10). Good Luck to everyone on the FSD and any other diet you're on.

Way to be disciplined. Keep up the good work! If you can already feel it then trust me, I'm sure it will show on the scale. :)

The hardest part is not getting on the scale. I still have to urge every morning to jump on and see if I'm on track! I'm trying to weigh only once a week but sometimes I do check. I also know what you mean about needing a workout partner. I have to force myself to the treadmill and elliptical daily. The easy days are when my friend joins me and we walk together outside. You're doing awesome!!!!

Very good....seeing the results really means that it is working....if you can look at yourself and see results who cares what the scale says! You are doing great! Keep up the good work!!!

The scale is always a temptation for me, as well! Sounds like you plan is working though, if you notice you are smaller, congrats!
