Today is my day off and where I run into trouble sometime. Because I work 12 hour days and have Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday off I have alot of idle time. Wednesday's I rest and most of the time I skip my workout and that sets the pace for the rest of the week, but not today. After eating a good dinner (really Breakfast) and watching just a little T.V. and then I got up and did my 35 minute walk and loved it!
