Today is my day off and where I run into trouble sometime. Because I work 12 hour days and have Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday off I have alot of idle time. Wednesday's I rest and most of the time I skip my workout and that sets the pace for the rest of the week, but not today. After eating a good dinner (really Breakfast) and watching just a little T.V. and then I got up and did my 35 minute walk and loved it!

Hi again Smallville! Good job not letting the "Day Off" gremlins hold you down. I know how hard it is to drag your butt off the couch after a 12 hour shift but the feeling you get after you accomplish it is worth it! When you walk do you have an ipod or music device? I've found that it helps...alot! Especially an ipod where you can set up a workout/walk/run playlist. Keep up the good work...msubbart

Way to go on the workout! I was feeling the same last night...then drug myself off the couch and went for a jog....and felt so much better that I had. Keep up the great work ! ;)
