Not feeling really great. Something I ate or didn't eat did not agree :(. However, hopefully, moving ahead!

80.6 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg. Still to go: 17.1 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.3 kg a Week
