I do the same thing. Usually it's at the end of the day so last night I went out for a walk. It worked, when I came home I felt so good about myself..I didn't snack on another thing.

Sounds silly, but have you tried literally walking away from things when you get the urge to snack? If you try and get involved in something else - sometimes you forget! Not sure I have anything else helpful to say, but hope it goes well this week.

Do you have morning and afternoon snacks planned in your day?! I just started and it has helped curve my snacking/picking! You are doing very well! Keep it up! ;)

I find walking helps and drinking lots of water. Good luck for the next few days - its just a matter of getting into a good habit.

Do you have snacks on-hand that you can eat? I have a drawer at work that is dedicated to 2-point snacks that I can grab if I need. It's so helpful to know that I have things if I need them that I can eat.
