Today is day 1.... Iam here and ready to get this under way, and start to chage my lifestyle for the better!! I have taken the weekend to wean my self from coffee, and other then a few headaches ive been okay. I have also been eating a lot more fruits and veggies,to get myself in the habit.

Also since I have been on this site, Ive already made some buddies which is exciting, and so nice to have somone on board with me. and what is really the neat thing, is since Ive been stocking the fridge and getting prepared for this diet, my hubby has taken interest. he is now on board with me. and after sharing a cup of tea with me this morning, we stocked his lunch bag full of healthy phase 1 choices!! so, I just cant tell you how happy this makes me, I know with him I will succeed. as ususally I go on one of these and hes so not on board, and it makes it so easy for me to go off. so that said... I can smell success in the air around here this morning!!

so, on another note, after I spent all weekend looking and looking for this special little batterrie for my scale, I was left empty handed. which is some what disapointing, I really wanted to see where I was starting out on this, but tmoorrow morning will have to do. so stay posted!!

Iam excited, and ready to get rolling on this, so with out further ado, Iam off to start my breaky, and Ill be back later to post my intake for the day.

The Detox is tough, but if you can get through day 3-4 you will be golden. Good luck.

One thing to keep in mind if the coffee thing is getting to you: You can have coffee once Phase 1 is complete! So you won't be coffeeless forever! Here's to getting started right!

I found the first two days of Phase I to be a challenge. After that I didn't think about it much until the last couple of days. Then I was planning my first day of meals in Phase II like a mad woman. You don't realize how much you miss meat, cheese (even though it's only 1 oz, when it's shredded it's plenty for a salad or to add in scrambled eggs), cereal, etc. until you're close to adding back in!!! I was also surprised at how coffee affected me when I added back in 1 cup/day. Good luck!!!!
