Well I'm not doing so good at keeping up with what I'm eating or counting the carbs. AND....................last night, at dinner time, I got attacked by the Oreo Cookie Monster. I had to eat almost all of them before they retreated. Please give me any suggestions to keep from running into this "monster" again. So after that little round about I didn't want to find out what my intake was so I avoided it all together.
