Had a bit of a melt-down today. No weight loss, clothes not getting looser, but not exercising either... don't know who I'm trying to kid. So I indulged in a Snickers snack size. I then snacked on celery sticks and cream cheese and the flaxseed loaf I made... all allowed food just not the choices I should have made. Tomorrow is a new day though.
