I managed to get through this week!! Yikes, with a few Birthday celebrations and LOTS of food, but I am proud of myself!! I have journaled and written down absolutely EVERYTHING that went into my mouth! YAY!!! I know that journaling (for me anyways) is the secret to MY successful losses at the scale. In the past I have stopped journaling when I felt I 'went off my diet', and then could never really get back at it again. Consequence was weight gain :(

I am such an all or nothing kind of person. I am usually following the Weight Watchers food plan to the letter or I am totally NOT following it. This needs to change as life is not perfect...there will always be obstacles in my way, and I just need to learn how to manage and deal with them!!

Now I need to go and write my plans for lunch in my food tracker :)

Congrats on the great loss!!! I am finding if I journal on this site, I don't bother doing it in the WW book. Do you do both? Our meeting today was about letting yourself~ allowing yourself to have setbacks. The leader suggested to allow for ten "passes" this week, meaning if you don't do what you set out to do, allow yourself this "pass" ten times. I was thinking Holy Moly, I'm not sure I can do that ten times. LOL!!! I am pretty strict too, but I see results that way. Have a great week buddy :)
