Well, I took Thursday off from excercise, but I am pertty much spot on with my eating, but I think no portion controll is not going to work for.I just can't see how I will lose weight that way? I took a 30 min walk outside yesterday and today.It was just to nice to be stuck in the gym. I did have one thing go wrong Thursday.I went to the store and got some Caffine Free Diet Coke and later that day I was drinking my second one and half way through it I noticed the word diet was not on the lable...it wasn't diet.I freaked! I went back to the store and they let me return the six pack I had...thank goodness.I gave the other 4 to a friend at work. Other than that ,and my worry about portion controll, everything is GREAT!!!

Some people do really have to watch portions, but if you eat slowly untill you are satisfied, you'll be fine, even if it is a larger portion than suggested. I often find myself eating a little more than suggested on dinner portions, but I don't eat mindlessly, just until I'm full, and it's been working for me.
