Had sushi for lunch, so cannot document it and haven't done the shred since Thursday (eek!) I'm pretty sure the weight that was lost last week was back by Friday evening, plus a few extra pounds! This week will more than likely be a gain, but I will try not to let it get me down. No need for discouragement when I didn't try my hardest. Back at it again...

LOL!! You can do it, and you never know, it may not even be that bad. Attitude is everything isn't it.
Sushi is 3 maki for 1 point, so it's not that bad.
I have also done the shred, isn't it a killer!!!
