Okay, I didn’t do so well tonight. Party at a friend’s house, lots of people, lots of food, and lots of drinks. A buffet table of so many good things and when there is such a variety it is hard for me to not want to try them all! But I’m going to remember the 80/20 rule and not let this slip up stop me from going forward in practicing new healthy eating patterns.
Tomorrow is potluck dinner at church. I will make the WW chicken pot pie and bring a vegetable tray.
My legs and arms are sore from the circuit workout yesterday – it’s a good feeling to know these muscles were challenged! My exercise this weekend will be preparation to have the hard wood floors refinished upstairs starting on Monday. Lots of running up and down the steps!
