Hi Everybody,
Just wanted to say thanks to Rascal Fatts and Jessicka for the Welcome and encouragement. I got to the gym again today and got in two miles. I guess that doesn't sound like alot but after working 12 hrs. I thinks it pretty good.Next week I'll add 5 mins and maybe add some weight training. Maybe...
I was wondering if anyone gets the FEAR feeling when you start getting close to your goal weight. I really think I do, because it seems that's when I go into sabotage mode and get that phone call from Baskin Robbins saying they are missing my smiling face....
ALL MY BEST AND KEEP POSTING, SMALLVILLE.

heck you are waaaay ahead of me with the exercise thing. In my first phase i didn't even try to do anything aside from switch up my eating. I really do know now that if i were to get some sort of exercise going i'd do even better, but i try to get the odd walk in and hope that works. i do understand that weight training really helps...you'll have to tell me how it goes ;) maybe, just maybe i'll finally get motivated to get off my duff!

I have a work schedule where I don't work many days, but I work long hours when I'm there. This month I set cumulative goals for myself based on what I wanted to average. For example, I want to walk 90 miles this month, based on an average of 3 miles per day for 30 days. It's working really well for me so far. I don't always hit my target, but I can make up for it on other days. Hope that helps.
