It's the only way to burn calories... as far as I know? Besides your baseline metabolism 😁 Don't exercise for weight loss! Do it for your health! Weight loss will follow! 😊

Nah man, I burn fewer calories from exercising and gain more calories from kfc in less time... What I did discover is to burn 1kg of fat a week, with very little exercise and yet pig out on weekends, over sugar myself on Sundays, fast on Mondays, Thursdays and just add boiled eggs and a piece of cheese of weight training days.
