Feeling pretty good today...so far have managed to stay within my points (WW) and am looking forward to a planned fish fry for supper. It sure helps me if I can plan out my meals before hand.

I so badly want to be thinner for my 50th birthday. I know I can do it!! One day at a time...one step at a time!

Good job on the planning. I feel the same way ~ if I am organized, it's easy to get through the day, no worrying about points, it's already counted. I too am trying to get sexy back by 50!! You can do it.
