Today was very difficult. First time counting pts in a VERY long time... Too long. The resentment is certainly in effect, but hopefully my strength to get back to this way will outweigh that feeling. I am proud that I didn't cave and snack on any junk today. That is exactly what got me where I am today, and that I am not proud of at all. I did level 2 yesterday (first time since last Sunday -- that's going to change, too) but skipped today. Will do it tomorrow and keep up with the pts.
