It is all about portion control and staying mindful of it. Use smaller plates and or use a food scale to measure this helps tremendously.

I've been drinking a glass of water before eating and after I eat if I want more I go and drink another glass of water so I feel bloated and I won't eat more. It works sometimes...sometimes I just want seconds cuz it was that good:-)

Don't let it get you down... Fluctuations are normal. Just focus on positive choices and in the end you'll get there! :-)

I find it helps me when I write down what I'm going to eat a day ahead. I seem to stay on track then. Good luck!

The sugars are going to be a big component of your cravings. Have you considered switching your diet?
