Its Thursday (4th day) and I am doing well following WW here at fat-secret. I have tracked all my meals, figured how to add my fruits and vegetables w/o points, and stayed under 1500 calories.

Would like to stay under 1400 calories but I am having a coffee with heavy cream and that adds 100 points to my diet calendar. I am enjoying this little treat like a dessert. I normally drink my coffee black but the decaf, that I drink at night, is stale and the cream and splenda makes it taste oh so good.

Have not stepped on the scale since Monday. I weighed 172.2 that day. I will re-weigh on Sunday. I hope to be less than 170 pounds. Fingers crossed. :)

Great job staying OP! I have GOT to keep away from the junk food and start eating more fruits and veggies! I get 29 DPs but usually use all of my WPAs and APs as well. I gained 30 lbs over the summer NOT following WW and need to get this weight back off(I was down to 168, i'm at 213 now :(). Good luck this weekend! I WI Sunday morning at home and will update my stats then. BTw, can you send me a message with the stuffed cabbage casserole? It sounds interesting(or if it's from the ww site, just let me know and I'll look it up!) Melissa
