I missed the first cycling boot camp class this am. The class is at 6am and I live a 25 miles away. The wind blew 30-40 mph all night with light snow and all area schools are closed. I didn't want to get out on the road at 5:30 and get stuck (and I would've - found out later about a couple of people getting stuck) and not be able to see because of the blowing snow. I was bummed!
I rode my bike on the trainer for 30 minutes. Love my Kurt kinetic trainer; very smooth and quiet, it feels just like I was out on the road.
I will go to yoga class after work. The flow class is a good calorie burner.
Weight is the same - 156. I think it is going to get tougher now. Also, I want to cut back on processed foods. My fingers are swollen, too much sodium. I love the turkey kielbasa (only 90 cal. for 2 oz) and it adds so much flavor to the 0 pt WW soup, it's yummy baked with cabbage and onions, etc. I made some chicken breasts last night marinated in Newman's light lime dressing - I'm looking forward to those this week. I need some good protein!
