HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYONE! Another day gone by. Trying to stay positive. The candy part of today is one thing that doesn't bother me. Don't have that chocolate urge yet and hope its gone for a while. Trying to think of new ways to get more protein in. I have a whey protein smoothie at least once a day. Hummus, etc. Have a hard time with protein at breakfast unless I have 2 eggs. Any ideas? Has anyone tried the All Bran crackers they are lo-cal, high fiber and really tasty with hummus? Hope you all are doiong good will chek back later.
