I am a failure. I will never lose any weight and will always look pregnant or a muffin top!!!!!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYONE!
Another day gone by. Trying to stay positive. The candy part of today is one thing that doesn't bother me. Don't have that chocolate urge yet and hope its gone for a while. Trying to think of new ways to get more protein in. I have a whey protein smoothie at least once a day. Hummus, etc. Have a hard time with protein at breakfast unless I have 2 eggs. Any ideas? Has anyone tried the All Bran crackers they are lo-cal, high fiber and really tasty with hummus? Hope you all are doiong good will chek back later.

Well here it is. I know I should be happy because at 53 4 is the new 10!!!!!!! It just seems like I worked so hard for 7 days and 4lbs is the number. The first week too. I'm not giving up just voicing my opinion. Week 2 is next I get more protein some grains other than brown rice and oatmeal and I can have 2 6 ounce glasses of wine if I choose. Week 3 is back to week 1 and week 4 adds more protein, 2 diet sodas. Going to try for 4 weeks. I need to be creative since last night I was totally bored and ready to slip. I'm a little leary of adding more grains because I'm afraid I won't lose anything. HELP!!!! Words of encouragement here please!

Day 6 tomorrow the scale. Yuk! It's been hard but I managed to get this far with your help. Thanks will check in later. Right now walk on the beach!!!!!!!!
