I am so ashamed but a little relieved now. I QUIT! I needed to have meat and I did. I think I will just start again counting my calories and exercising. The detox stage got the best of me. I lost 30 pounds exercising and eating in small portions but I wanted something with quick results at this time and well, I failed at it. I am not feeling too bad though cause all hope is not lost. I will lose weight, just not on the Fat Smash Diet.

OH NO!!!! Say it ain't so! LOL It's all good everything is not for everybody. No reason to be ashamed. You tried it and it didn't work for you. Just keep trying until you find what does.
