Day 5 here!
Two more days till week 2 phase and I get to step on the scale. YUK! Still feel kinda bloated myself. Last nite roasted some vegetables YUM! Making chili for tonite with soy crumbles from Boca with tomatoes and spices and beans you don't even know its not chopped meat. It's hard today because we like to watch football and nothing screams chips or pickings like a game to me. I am going to make more muffins. Will miss the bread tonite with the chili though!
How our life revolves around food so much I'll never understand. Wish me luck!!!!!!

Have you thought about modifying the muffin recipe to make it more savory to go along with the chili? You can also toast whole wheat pita bread to make chips. They only run 140 calories for a whole pita loaf and you can cut it into triangles and toast them for chips. They taste great with hummus. Bread(whole grain) is allowed on week two.You are so dedicated to the program. I am sure you will have great results this week!

That sounds great. Just cut them into triangles and toast in the oven? What temp. Do you spray a cookie sheet with pam? Let me know I love Hummus

Sorry but bread is not allowed in Phase 2 on the Fat Smash Diet, not sure about the Extreme Fat Smash? Good luck though...
