I can't believe a banana has 30 carbs! And I thought I was being good! Going to excercise the next 3 days for sure!! Come Monday I'll start all over again excercising 5 days next week. I'm busy every night so it is so hard to be motivated.

Yea but they are good carbs and banana's contain potassium which we all need, especially if you exercise. It's the donuts and cake that are not so good, lol!
