I changed my weight because 2 scales have me at 238; the wii and my home scale. The other scale was a 12 pound difference and I don't think it was calibrated...2 against 1 so I went with the 238....there is no way i can be 251 and I thought that was odd....

I had a great day!!! Coffee, then I made chicken fajitas!! More onion and green pepper and fresh mushrooms than chicken and on whole wheat, high fiber tortillas which only have 5 carbs per tortilla. I had 10 carbs in that meal!! I'll have an apple tonight and maybe some veggies and I walked a mile today!!! woot woot!! Gonna get there!!!
