Sounds like you are doing good, but if you are still hungry eat more...as long as you are eating what is required you should be just fine! Add in a couple snacks or drink more water, that will help fill you up! Hang in there, you can do this!

Maybe keep some pickles and celery on hand. I think you actually burn more calories eating them than they have.
I would eat a little something to take the edge off. Getting really hungry can lead to a major cheat. Hang in there!

How is your water consumption? You may want to add a little more veggies to your salad to make you less hungry. If you like pickles that might help. What magazine did you get the diet from?

The diet was in First Magazine. It actually didn't seem too bad so I gave it a try. You know you're right I didn't drink as much water today.

It does not sound like you are eating enough. I don't know what was in the smoothie, but I'll generously say it had 300 calories. A veggie burger, no more that 200, and a salad, well, I don't even count that because the calories in a salad are inconsequential. So basically you have had 500 calories. I would say that is why you are hungry. Jim M
