ok so i started detox on monday and i slightly cheated when i went out on a date on wednesday i had a black bean quesadilla...med size tortilla, black beans n chs, with black olives, toms, onion, lett., sour cream and guac. with 7 tortilla chips and 4 jack n diets....if you saw my date you'd know why i didnt get just water!!! however on day 5 i'm bored with my selection and have tried all sorts of reciepies...meat..hell fast food is now officially a temptation where as the first 4 days weren't even a problem! yikes anyone have any suggestions! please please please
111.6 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 29.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Go back to what you were doing before the detox obviously your cravings and temptations are coming up now that you have changed what your doing. Good luck AND STAY AWAY FROM THE FAST FOOD!!LOL

try making egg whites w/veggies in it like an omelet. Have you tried making some smoothies? I know rice can be very boring. I would just change up the veggies that I used in it every night so it didn't seem like I was eating the same thing over and over.

i started the detox on monday too! i've been doing all kinds of different recipes to break up the monotany. there's a great tasty tomatoe recipe in the book, if you don't have the book i'll give you the recipe. hang in there! you just have to get over the hump, then on wednesday you can have meat and more options. just think of it like this, it's only 9 days out of your entire life, and you're going to feel so much better about yourself, what's 9 days compared to that. you can do it!

i try to avoid fast food whenever possible. It isn't hard when I stock up on healthy foods I love at home.

Make veggie chili which is real good and if you want to you can have rice
